Our professors are passionate about their fields and keen to help students dig deep and make thrilling mental connections. Our graduates are equipped with the critical-thinking, communication and cross-cultural abilities that employers seek. Just as necessary, they achieve a strong foundation for a lifetime of curiosity, exploration and personal success as they prepare to exit and make the world a greater place. We are proud to spend money on the important operations of 37 organizations that characterize arts, science and history. The Arts & Science Program stresses energetic, self-directed, and cooperative learning, with emphasis on social consciousness and the development of a variety of transferable abilities. The master’s programme has in thoughts that many everyday subjects in society are permeated by scientific information, and that this could lead to controversial discussions.
We are fortunate to have generous alumni who care deeply in regards to the liberal arts and who bear in mind how their St. Francis experience prepared them and shaped them in so many ways. The Department of Mass Media Arts, one of two units within the Division of Communication Arts, supplies students with rigorous academic and skilled training that’s complemented with a strong liberal arts education.
